I was born in Norway, but lived in numerous countries in Europe before moving to the United States. I have a diverse background in marketing, event planning and business development.
Travel has always been an important part of my life, and from the time I was a young child I was fortunate to be exposed to foreign cultures, important historic sites, renowned world famous art and music, as well as delicious international cuisine. I realized how important and truly life changing being immersed in another culture is. I strongly believe that there is no better education than travel, and I am a big advocate of traveling with children/grandchildren, "it truly is one of the best gifts you can ever give them and yourself." My husband and I have traveled with our twin boys in Europe, the Caribbean, Japan and China.
When my boys were in middle school I decided to purchase a Cruise Planners franchise which I owned for 6 years. In 2017 I decided to take the plunge and start my own company, and I truly love what I do.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, entertaining, photography, hiking, cooking, arts & crafts and learning about wine - and of course travel!
